I like your example of the car accident and, I personally have previously believed that one individual's truth of a situation is different from another person's. I also, though, after reading DeCartes, am wondering if it isn't the case that no matter what an individual thinks of as true, is there still only one truth? In other words, the car accident only happened one way -- that may be the "truth" of the accident, even though different people have differing opinions of how it occurred.
