Ex. That window,the board.
*Complex Ideas
-combinations of simple ideas(can be broken down)
-Created actively by the mind
-Thing/Substance
Ex.Rectangularity, furriness etc.

*Primary Qualities- In the objects themselves

*Secondary Qualities- The power of certain objects to create certain sensations in us through them.
Ex. Red, the power of certain objects to create red sensations in us through their surface structure, the way it reflects light.

Substance/Matter- Something I know not what/which supports qualities.Substance cant be sensed, its known through logical inference.
