I think a lot of times power is taken out of our hands. We {The public} don't get told more than a fraction of what really goes on, so it is hard to "really" know who to side with. Or if the thoughts or ideas you have are right. But I do agree that we can make a difference in where our money goes. We do see the commercials, and we can see what the company stands for. If people decide to make a point to show companies that we don't like what is going on, then they will have to change or go under. That is if enough people fight it for long enough. One of the biggest ways to get a companies attention, is to have a big group. The more people fighting, the more money they lose. Overall, we live in a society full of opinionated people, and there will always be clashes between groups. It is very important to be open minded, and try to put yourself in someone elses shoes. Just because it's not happening to you, doesn't mean it doesn't affect you. Have a great summer everyone, and remember to stand up for what you believe in!
