My additional ideas are...
1) Value every man, woman and child as the asset that they are
2)Ask people what they want and then utalize it
3)Don't be governed by fear to speak out
4)Be open minded but value your own ideas
5)Be the biggest promoter of your own thoughts
6)Sometimes speak, sometimes question...but often just listen
7)Start change within your own home, it will have a ripple effect
8)Don't shout in peoples faces, but rather whisper in their ear
