Schools rely on local money to support the programs in which they provide. If you live in a poor neighborhood, then your schools in your area are going to have limited resources, and you will ultimately suffer. I would suggest a national network in which all moneys are dived up equally, thus everything is even when it comes to schools. Also some families such as blacks, and latinos cannot afford more expensive schools, thus they are limited, and a type of segregation occurs because of this.
