-emphasis on Jesus deeds healing, excorcisms.
-low Christology.
-primary theme:kingdom of God.
-the kingdom to come after the last judgement.
-strong escatology(doctrine of 'last things'

JOHN
-Jesus teaches openly about everything including identity, there is no messianic secret.
-centers arround Jesus last days in Jerusalem and isn't worried about capture or arrest.
-emphasis on teaching.
-high Christology.
-long metaphysical discourses on the nature of Jesus +his reaction to Father.
