historical narrative, poetry, philosophy,wisdom literature, prophecy, different voices, styles and authors.
-The Quran has one style, one voice, one flavor, one author.
-Bible has long time span of revelation of 100 years.
-Quran has short time span of 15 years.
-Bible, chronological order
-Quran, not in any order except from long to short passages, jumps around.
-Bible, the rules early on are not so much in prophets. Emphasis on love and forgiveness
-Quran, emphasis on rule following and obedience or submission.
