The Law= The Ten Commandments
Jesus said "The Sabbath was made for man, not man for the Sabbath" and "Follow the spirit not the letter of the Sabbath". He picked grain on Sabbath. He healed people on Sabbath. He observed passover. When He is ask what to do to get eternal life, He said to Obey the Law and sell off all your possessions and to follow him. MK 7:14 .
Jesus said what goes into a man cannot defiled him, its what comes out of a man > immoral actions, springing from immoral thoughts. He declared all food clean,(commentary by Mark). Moral contents of the law is what's really important not ritual and ceremonial law.
