This is my third time typing this. it keeps losing my data while it tries to spell check. I think that this is an enormous waste of time and its not just cause im mad.

Assuming beliefs are under your control in some way....
1) you have a moral obligation to believe the truth
-seek it -avoid wishful thinking
-weigh evidence objectively
2)There is no moral obligation to believe the truth although there may be good pragmatic reasons. Belief is personel, morality is social depending on behavior.
Things you can do to avoid false beliefs and gain true ones:
-sunspend beliefs until certain
-pay attention -consider bias

1)Duty-deontological; duty to believe the truth
2)Maximize true beliefs and minimize false ones when they produce the most happiness for society (Utilitarian veiw)
