Hey I agree with the both of ya in most ways capitalism is good,but its better for the people who own the company's.Now on the other hand with moving up the ladder or getting the ataboys can some times back fire to.Lets say your always on time for work and give it your 101% and at the end of the year your review comes up and you get 50 cents for every thing you did that past year.That's working in the coach outfits.Worked there for about 6 years and theres no future....trust me
