I just started reading the chapter on family, and I find it interesting how money plays such an important part of family structure. I see there is a big difference between hispanic income to white, with African American in the middle. I consider myself on the lower end of the financial end of the spectrum, and I can relate to what is said about trading work with other family members. Most of my family is pretty supportive of each other, and we all try to help when we can. It will be interesting to read more on this subject.
