For what it's worth I'll give my vote for Chris's idea. What an ingenious idea. I like it. Chris- you seem to have thought of a way to have everyone benefit- I'm referring to the people at large and the media. Good job. I don't know if the ruling families/ the politicians/government will go for it, but maybe the public can get the word out and pressure the government to allow this to be implemented! It certainly seems like a good idea worth pursuing!
