There is a huge difference between fact and opinion. First off if you go to court, what is the judge or jury looking for? Facts of course. If you commit a murder, and your finger print's are on the gun that killed someone, and they happen to find you hair follicles and blood at the crime scene, It was not someone's opinion that you killed a person, it is a fact. And it is a fact because they have factual evidence that supports there case against you.
