How much I get out of school depends on the quality of the teachers, is partially true but it is also on the effort I put towards learning. I believe it is a 50/50 relationship, we can't have a teacher who doesn't care to teach or is not knowledgeable of the subject. They can't have a student who is not willing to learn or one that doesn't care to be taught.
