I find that if I add a little bit of information that I have on the subject that I am writing about, it is always better to say something original about the subject matter that has not been said before. Some original material that might have been missed at the time of the paper being written could lead to more useful information to somebody that will read the project at a later time. Although it could also be to no avail because it might mean nothing to the person that is reading the paper.
