The objectivity of the researcher is of upmost importance. It is becoming all the more obvious to me as I watch the media cover the "New" war in Afghanistan. The language they use is certainly not objective and uses such pointed remarks as "the war on terror", or "in the face of evil". It is a shame that those who are actually have freedom of the press only have it because they are told what to say.
