It amazes me how much gender means to people with even small kids. I have two boys and a girl, my boys had to be manly, as little kids, you know play football, hot wheels ect... they were teased if they wanted to play with their cousins barbies or dress up. This was not normal for a boy right??? Wrong in my opinion! Then comes my daughter who it is ok to climb trees, play cars, and still play house ect... she can be a tomboy as the phrase is but the boys can't be sissies!!! There is something wrong with this idea of the way things should be don't you agree? Kids are kids why do we have to make them into gender oriented people at little ages?
