I agree that the HH should not of been left in that adjustment class, but on the same token I don't feel that just leaving them in the mainstream would help all that much either. People whom are not caught up in the main stream tend to slip out. Sure they can be watched when they are in school but what is their to make them go to school if they do not see the reason and have no respect for their teachers.

I feel that a change in the whole program is necessary. There needs to be a way to teach kids of the lower class the type of hurdles that it takes for them to make it. A program that will prepare them for better jobs and not just for the lower class labor ones. They need to be shown the way out from people that came from the same place and from people who can actually relate and inspire them to do so.
