I have to agree with David. I think that the HH are communitarians because of how closely they work with each other. Even though we don't think of that as a typical community, it is normal for them and it is their family. There are downfalls to being that close to that kind of group. Like you said David, they will basically be stuck in a lower class. And they would rather get put in jail if it meant sticking with their group instead of maybe becoming something and getting out of the projects.
