Um, I'm all like, whatever. I don't even like have any idea what those dudes are saying. I mean, like, duh.

Have any of you ever tried to talk to a teen or listened to what they say on MTV? I can hardly understand any of them. Try counting the number of times they say "like" the next time you talk to a teen.

My self talk is that they lack the verbal skills to pass many job interviews.

I think the authors have a point but even though some groups have their own dialect or speech patterns, they are surrounded by others speaking "proper" grammar.

I keep thinking of a story called Pygmalion. I think it was redone a few times.
