As a science faculty, I second Gary Mort's question: Have wetlands been considered in the plans for the solution to excess BOD?

Wetlands could potentially cost less every year, be more environmentally and economically sustainable, and would provide an area for science classes to study water monitoring techniques, etc.

I urge those in the position to make a decision to think about wetlands as a possible solution. If a partnership with the National Guard forms, they may be able to assist in the form of land moving equipment and personnel necessary for the construction of the wetlands.
