I think that you a right that the main problem that could be concerned with the class analysis is not the gathering of the information, but the actual filtering of that information into actions. So how does this information bridge a gap between rich and poor, haves and have-nots? I don't really see how it does it just seems to point out why things happen the way they happen and what might make them go smoother. Rather than trying to make things go smoother I think that people aught to start taking that information a find a way to fix the problems that could make thing s go wrong.
