~Epiphenomenalism: physical affects the mental but not the other way around, the mental is a by-product of brain activity, the physical.

Ryle: Descartes made a category mistake in supposing that mental “things”exist in the same sense as physical things.
Team Spirit-
not a position/player, but an attitude shared by the entire team.
~Mental Language is a shorthand description of how people behave. (Or would act under circumstances.)

Descartes: “John is angry.”
Ryle: “John is exibiting angry behavior.”
