1. too demanding
2. too permisive
3. too difficult to calculate consequenses
4. there is more to life the pleasure/happiness
ex. mills higher/lower pleasures and experiance machine
5. cass hedonism-mills higher/lower pleasures; objections- 1)baurgeois elitism 2) trying to smuggle values other then pleasure into util. ex. knowlege/art
6. how long do you have to wait untill you know you've done right-mills reply- wait long enough- wait short time for small things and longer for larger things(use common sense)
