Tom, You are like one of those people
you must say: "can't live with them, can't
live without them." I say this because you
are very brilliant and have a great way of
seeing underlying truths in society, yet the
monkey on your back always does
something to make people that were
looking at you all deep and go... what?
You are probably a great friend and
person to be around. I have a few of "you"
in my life.

I say all this because you come off with
this really great point of the complete and
in my opinion purposeful neglect of
issues and experiences of people with
exceptionalities (it's the new "term")....
and then you ask me if I would rather be a
minority or someone with a physical or
mental "limitation." SAY WHAT??!!??!!

(Head shaking, eyebrows crowding, but
smiling) What kind of a question is that?

I would rather be me! Would I want to be
in a wheelchair permanently tomorrow,
no. But would I want to be white
tomorrow? Heeeeeeeck no.
