I don't think we should use the term "Yuppie." Upwardly mobile people have feeling too. If someone does not look out for the big guy who will? Ha, I kill me. I am just fooling.

As for cheese, I really identify with the Hallway Hangers and their affection for beer and drugs. I really like beer and cheese. Cheese is good on anything. My grandfather would melt cheddar on his apple pie.

I like all cheeses because I honor diversity. I love cheeses from all countries.

I do dislike Velveta cheese. It is a crazy processed cheese made by corporate America in the true spirit of capitalism. It is an evil empire of cheese that isn't even in the refrigeration section of the store.

West Bros. has really good mac and cheese as well and they are local.


A life without cheese is hardly a life worth living!
