Thanks sharing this theory which occurred to you.
Although this may seem like a plausible theory, I don't think things would work in reality,like you supposed in theory. I think this is because the biases are not in the color of the persons skin but in their conciousnesses; in their attitudes. I think this is already so deeply embedded in our society that it would be difficult to change it by segregation for certain even noble reasons only. I think also that it would be a big step back to segregate people again for even your good mentioned reasons. This is because I think that it would create a larger society in which blacks only hired blacks and whites only hired whites. It might start a whole new prejudice in which whites and blacks etc. would be biased against eachother, only associating in every way just with their race. For instance, the blacks that went to an all black school with an all black instructor would want to have work/career in an all black community most likely. If a black person who went through an all black education and upbringing wanted to get a job in a company owned and staffed with all white people who had gone to an all white school with an all white instructor, the black person would probably have a very slim, if any chance of getting hired at this all white company, because it would be odd, and maybe even taboo to hire across color lines. The black person would not get this job even if he/she had the best education of all the applicants, because the white person would not recognize the degree and the outstanding exemplary qualifications and experience of the black person, the white person would just think not to hire this person because he/she was a different color. Our society has made some big strides to overcome segregation and racism etc. as well as has created a social system today where blacks and other "minorities" are exploited and treated unequally. Whites are exploited too. Whites are actually the literal minority in our world today. There are many more blacks and hispanics etc. than whites in our world today. I would hate for people to be raised segregated in hopes of creating more opportunities/potential successes for "minorities" because I think this is a recipe for disaster which would exacerbate and create more racial wars. What if Hispanics were all raised segregated from all others and Hispanics took over and started oppressing every other culture, or the Blacks did this or the Whites all being raised segregated took over(more than they already do today)completely and oppressed everyone. See if people were all segregated they would become strong with strength in numbers. Then one group would dominate and exploit the rest. Of course, we could all be raised segregated and be non-biased and get great educations, every one of us, from a person of our same color who passes on fair inspiring opportunities and not biases and we could all work/have careers together in the world- a black company, next door to a white company. Then, at lunch we could all eat together etc. I have trouble seeing how this would all work? And, what about people who are already mixed. Would their be a seperate segregation for milatos?
Integration & knowledge, love, tolerance, peaceability, calmness, and striving for and creating good understanding of others, and working together well etc. etc. will help bridge the gap across races and create nonbiased equal fair education and treatment for all. Segregation will not accomplish these gains, I think.
