I can't help but think Bush was elected for because of name recognition and name recognition alone. Or, it could have been political party affiliation. I do not believe the man has much else going for him besides looking like a monkey. Oh, did I say that?

The fact that Bush would like (or has? I am horribly behind on current events) to cut education spending, special education spending, as well as increase military spending to something near $18billion (don't quote me on that) really frightens me. It makes me wonder if he sees beyond the tip of his nose or beyond his political platform and into the future beyond the next four years.

I am reminded of a saying that goes something like, "We are not leaving the earth for our children, but borrowing it from them." President Bush really needs to take some deep breaths and re prioritize. But who am I to tell him what to do? I'm just working class. Heh.
