I'm reading the conflict theory now and really don't really believe that people feel that they naturally belong in the lower levels of society. Everyone has dreams and hopes of becoming wealthy or having a nice home and luxury. What I think happens is people lose the drive to achieve the tools nessesary to move on to a higher status. So due to that, people stay in lower end jobs and poverty and accept it.
