Thank you Paul, Yoni, and James for adding to the dialogue! The cerebral thesis by Paul is beautifully written and will find few detractors here, I suspect. However, it also devoid of suggestions. I most appreciate those that offer a nuts-and-bolts strategy/tactics component because it seems that's what the fence-sitters want to hear. Often I hear, "Sure, I can describe Utopia too, what should be rather than what is but HOW to get there is the problem!" James offers us the Wobblies, a group I've never heard of (and will look into). I was suggesting the PIRG's and Green Party because they are already formed. The key is to NOT divide into more specific concerns, join only because you are not a member of the 'Superrich'. Lecturing about the 'moral obligation' is likely to change nothing I think.
