SOC 204 Online Students,

A couple of things,

(BTW, I am sending this by e-mail as well; if you've already rec'd this, you can ignore this).

First, I'm working on the grades of the first test. I should have them done by Tuesday, and will post the grades on the course homepage. I also will e-mail any feedback on the essays, however this may not be out by Wednesday, as the computer administrators here are working on creating software that will allow me to automatically send feedback to each student (without the new software, it would take quite a bit of work to send each student the responses). They had hoped to have it ready today, but they've still got some work to do.

Secondly, I figured out what was wrong with my e-mail, but the bad news is that it will require waiting for a new DSL modem to arrive before I'm back on line at home. In the meantime (hopefully just this week), I will only have access to the internet at school, which is proving a bit of a handicap, as all the e-mail you have sent me is on my home machine. I hope to transfer over all the e-mails to my school address tomorrow (Tues), but please forgive me if I haven't responded to e-mail you sent in the last week, as its likely it has temporarily fallen through the cracks.

Finally, because of the problem with my DSL modem, the Section E material won't be available until Tuesday morning. I apologize for any problems, and will be sure to give people enough time to get the assignments completed.

Second,
