I leaned toward the conflict paradigm because it seemed more realistic. Then I read your answers. You have a lot of very valid points. It really made me think. This was a hard assignment because both paradigms are correct and both are incorrect. I'm going to school now to get ahead, make more money and take a job that allows me to make a difference. Thanks for the insight into the order paradigm.
