1) The paradigm I find insightful is unfortunately, the conflict paradigm.

2a.) The conflict paradigm seems to me a little paranoid but more truthful with today's society whole. This country is led by money, power and the weak and "different" are trampled.

b.) Evidence to support my choice of the conflict model is looking at poverty stricken African Americans or Latino's will probably always be poverty stricken because society will not allow them to rise up and be successful. There aren't a lot of rich, African-Americans. They may not be a weak race but money controls the way they live.

3a) The weakness of the order paradigm is that although it is a preferred way to live, it's not realistic. The powerful will not give up their power to let organization rule.

b.) The rate of change in our culture is phenomenal. As population rises, conflict for power will increase. The rich will get richer and the poor will get poorer. The middle-class is disappearing.

4.) I would much prefer the order paradigm. Like most, I would like to have more money but I don't need the power. As long as we continue to exist on this earth, there will be conflict.
