1a. Paradigm of "Order" came from a need to control and understand thus a science that could explain to the dominate ruling class the social problems of the aftermath of a revolution. The creation of a deviant from the imposed values that were controlled or integrated by the institutions not the people. This was all about how to get production up to meet the needs of the enlightened or intellectuals that put the order paradigm to explain the crisis of war.
