I agree that you can't have one without the other. But life is some what like dominos. Something happens at the top and it trickles down to the bottom (powerful to less powerful, less powerful to powerful, etc.).
I disagree on what you stated as "everyone knows right from wrong" Its kind a like saying you know which religion is truth and which religion is wrong. Everyone is brought up in different ways. Your definition of right and wrong may not be the same as someone else's. It is all in how you yourself perceive the world.
