You made some great points here.

I agree with you that in theory the order paradigm should work, should be what we as Americans are always about. Although, we all know that some of us are born rich. Financial stability for some is taken for granted, they didn't work hard to get it, they just got it. The argument that all individuals can make a decision to do "right", I believe is incorrect. Sometimes society does need to be blamed for individuals problems and challenges.
