Hello Violetta,
What a great topic. As a Human Resource Manager your topic is one of great interest to me. I am currently the HR Manager for a wood products company that has never had an HR Department prior to me. It is very interesting to say the least.
You bring an excellent topic that I have had direct experience in trying to implement. My philosophy is get the employees involved, not just the managers, VP's etc. The more the employees have in the "Creation" of incentive, production expectations and basic job requirements the more they will have "Buy-In" to support these new procedures. I have a hard time selling this concept to the "Old timers" as I call them. The days of micro managing are over. Yes at this moment it is an employers market due to the high unemployment rate, however employee retention and satisfaction should not be overlooked and/or ignored.
Good topic and good research into your thesis. I wish you would have written more in relation to how you implement change or more specifically what would you do to observe?
Good luck
Earline
