Answer:
B) More than 1 research method could be used here, such as experiment or observation. I'm going to use observation as an example. I would observe as accurately as possible what would occur in different work settings for results using different management techniques.

Answer:
C) I would change the management in a certain number of work settings using a variety of techniques over a certain period of time, for example, six months. Then I would closely observe the productivity level before, during and after the changes were made.

Q-D) What possible ethical issues might you confront using that method to try to answer your question? What would you do to try to avoid or minimize such issues?
Answer:
D) For example, some management use techniques in terms of punishment. To prevent these types of ethical issues, I may try and avoid management techniques that would be offensive or cruel towards employees in terms of punishment. Therefore, using a variety of techniques that would, for example, praise them when they do a good job, etc.
