My advice would be start the reading from scratch (not from most recent). This way the readings would make more sense. Then as you read, I would answer the Reading Q's as you go. These are the MOST helpful for the test. What I do is copy & paste the reading Qs f/ the website onto Microsoft Word Processor & then make spaces after my answers & print them out. Answer the Qs as you read & then study those. As far as Mr. Salt, I would just try & contacting him thru "Questions for Instructor". I'm sure he would work with you. It doesn't hurt to ask. & I wouldn't stress too much, just do the readings, answer the Reading Qs, then take the test.
