Indeed, there is no answer...but the main answer is it has to start at home..Mom and Dad have to care, and show they care first, before the child will care, or will start to realize his/her full potential. Too often parents wait for someone else to show these kids they care, before they decided, well maybe I should get involved. And too often the parents would rather blame the child, then look themselves in the mirror.
But, getting involved with a child and helping them learn right from wrong, is always a wonderful feeling.
