The article was a little out dated, but yes even in the 50's and 60's we had our idea's. An Mills said it well when he commented about the fact that our government had to much power back then. And we were headed for WW III. Now look at us. Where are we headed with the bombing of the world trade center. And Terrorism what it is today. I find myself asking the questions, Have we given our government too much power, and what type of world are we leaving for our children and their children and their children to come? Although the 50's and 60's had their problems, look at the problems we have today.

It's sad when your child comes home from school and tells you that they searched a kid today for weapons, and drugs. I remember when the worst thing we ever did in school was glue the teacher desk door shut, or rode a horse threw school. Or maybe even skipped school to stay home and watch them put a man in space.
