Wasn't that hilarious? I sure thought so. I read it this morning and I kept thinking along those lines. I'd be washing dished in my bathrobe and thinking about how the Nacerima have dress codes for different social groups. I'm sure we could go on and on how this social group wears nothing but name brand and so on. It was funny to think that Horace Miner, the writer, probably has a fear of dentists and an overflowing medicine cabinet of stuff he never uses.

It really put the word magic into perspective, though. It's just a matter of a person's point of view really.

You can tell this piece must have been written in the 50s or 60s because I believe that nowadays the majority of Nacerima women do nurse their infants.
