B. The research method I would use would be existing data. I think it would a very relieable source without to many ethnic issues.
C. I would use existing data to get information about cities debit, the national debit,human services,the highes an lows in poverty, and goverment programs that are available.
D. A possible ethical issuse that might a raise would be generalizing. To minimize this issue I would have to think broader. Try and see the whole picture not just the tip of it. For example think of other issuses that can contribute to children that going hungry.
