My name is Tonya Garcia and I live in Eugene, Oregon. I am married and have three children... a boy and two girls. I moved here about 7 years ago from Albuquerque New Mexico. The rain, the fog and the green is a nice contrast to the dry desert I grew up in. Any way, this is my first of two on line courses. I am eager to see how it works out.
