My school is contemplating buying another server and license of TestPilot in order to replace our outdated, scantron-based system of teacher/class evaluations.  (We might be contacting you for a customized version of TestPilot as well.)

Right now, I'm setting up a demo server (Mac G3 blue and white with Max OSX server 10.2).  I have downloaded the following:
TestPilot for OSX Server
MySQL 3.23.55
MySQL connector java 2.0.14

The installation went well, except for the following BIG problem. 

After accessing the admin page, creating an author, creating an index for that author, logging into the author homepage, and creating a new test... when we then try to "go" to that test (bring up it's main edit screen), we are asked for the author name and password AGAIN, and after entering it correctly, we get the following error:

I then continued to check the functionality of the rest of the TestPilot system.  All seemed to be working well (messages, events, preferences, index page previews) with the exception of the user lists and computer lists.  When clicking the default list names on either screen, we get the following long error:

I am definitely no UNIX/java/apache expert.  But I'm guessing it's either a problem with:

MySQL, the permissions, the java connector, etc

OR

I think it might be mod_jserv.so related... apparently we don't build a "new" one like we did in January, when we implemented our other online testing server (Xserve with OSX Server 10.2) with the MacOSX Jaguar 10.2 TestPilot package...there was no "OSX Server" package at that time.)

Have you seen this problem before?  Can you offer any advice?  I want the demo to go smoothly (I am a TestPilot evangelizer here at LCC) and it's coming up in a week or two.
