Preamble to the 1999-2005 Collective Bargaining Agreement This contract is founded on the joint commitments set forth in the Labor Relations Principles for Lane Community College, which were agreed to on May 13, 1998. It is the intent of the Association and the College that the Labor Relations Principles be incorporated by reference into this Agreement and that these principles govern the administration of this Agreement and all other interactions between the College and the Association.
