Article 19 - Tuition Waiver19.1 Contracted Faculty. The College, upon request, agrees to waive tuition for any contracted employee who enrolls at Lane Community College. 19.2 Part-time Faculty. Part-time employees shall be eligible for tuition waiver, which shall be limited to one (1) class per term. 19.3 Enrollment in Classes. With prior approval, the employee may enroll in a class during the regular working day provided attendance in such class does not interfere with the employee's regular responsibilities to his/her students. 19.4 Tuition Waiver Reopener. If the current tuition waiver for administrators continues past January 1, 1998, the College agrees upon request to open negotiations on Article 19.
