Article 16 - Personal RightsThe Board recognizes that the personal life of a faculty member is not an appropriate concern of the College unless it affects the member's job performance. Each faculty member is also a citizen of his or her nation, state, and community; and when he or she speaks, writes, or acts as such shall be free from institutional censorship.
