Hi, Joe. I just checked the most recent submissions to our second Oceanography quiz in TestPilot, and they are back to normal.
Only one person in the class could review Quiz 1 normally. She was the first person to take the quiz, and took it on June 28. A couple of students who took the same quiz on June 29 were not able to review their quizzes. In fact, no students who took quizzes between June 29 and the morning of July 5 are able to review their quizzes, but students (including fake students I put into the quizzes today, July 7) who took any quiz after about 5:30 pm on July 5 are able to review their quizzes normally.
I'm wondering how many instructors nationwide complained to McGraw-Hill. Possibly McGraw-Hill fixed the problem permanently (I'm hoping). I'm going to continue to monitor the situation, and don't plan to do anything different unless the problem surfaces again. So right now it looks like I won't have to do more with TestPilot or get your help on Moodle testing. If the problem reappears, and I can't work around it, I'll get back to you.
Greg Miles.
