The following email was sent to Meredith Keene-Wilson regarding a mistake I made on my eval of her Artstor workshop last Friday morning. Meredith asked that I send it on to you.

Meredith,
I completed the eval for the Artstor workshop that you gave last Friday and went through it thinking that #1 was "strongly agree"...so, it looks like you got "poor marks" from me on all fronts. Sorry, please take all the #1 and make them into #5.
Let me know if you want me to just re-do the eval and you can disregard the wrong one.
I'm a nerd,
Teresa
